Have you been to Bellevue's Downtown Park lately? Last summer, Ohno Construction completed the park's expansion project. RainMaker Signs is honored to have produced a signage for our community park.
Playground Expansion Brings More Fun To Bellevue Kids
Ohno Construction has 52 years of experience in building parks and athletic facilities. Seattle's Century Link Field, Olympia's Woodland Trail, and the Spanaway Lake Park, are some examples of their work. The constructor's expertise makes it the perfect contractor for Bellevue's park expansion. The two parts of the Downtown Park project are known as "Complete The Circle" and "Inspiration Playground." The goal of this project is to complete the unfinished construction of the circular promenade and its entry which were under the park's original design plan and to expand the existing playground. Expanded from 0.2 acres to 1.5 acres, the Inspiration Playground is a cool play area that engages children physically, educationally, and socially. Children and even adults are guaranteed to have a great and relaxing time at the Downtown Park.
Park Signage Precision Execution Ensures On-Time Delivery
After the construction, the City of Bellevue requested a new name signage for the park. On behalf of Ohno Construction, RainMaker Signs managed the production and installation of the sign letters. The park signage, stating "Downtown Park" in all capital letters, was formed by 12" brass dimensional letters with a satin finish. This durable material choice reveals the park as a significant infrastructure in Bellevue.
With Ohno Construction's agreement, RainMaker Signs produced the sample as the actual signage. Since the brass dimensional letters were made in accordance with the approved design proof. Once City of Bellevue gave the sign letters a go ahead, RainMaker Signs' installation team immediately installed the park letters at the designated area.
