Seattle is a metropolitan city frequently visited by domestic and international tourists and business travelers. To accommodate these guests, a Hampton Inn by the Seattle Northgate area is currently under construction and will soon be completed. RainMaker Signs had the honor to take a sneak peek of the finished look of the hotel while producing construction signage for the job site.
An Ideal Business And Leisure Accommodation In Seattle
The new Seattle Hampton Inn is owned and developed by Gramor Development Washington and is managed by The Hotel Group. As the new hotel's management company, The Hotel Group is now busy coordinating and planning the hotel's pre- and post-opening operations. Located in Northgate, the new Hampton Inn is a convenient spot just minutes away from the freeway, the city center, and several commercial buildings. Along with the thoughtful amenities (including a gym, a pool, and a 2,500 square feet meeting room) available inside the hotel, the Northgate Hampton Inn is a great choice of accommodation for business travelers coming to Seattle for conferences and tourists visiting to admire the beauty of the Emerald City. Landscape projects will also be carried out to transform the First Avenue location into an "urban garden."
Construction Sign Address Pre-Opening Tasks
Several tasks that The Hotel Group can check off from its pre-opening list are to prepare construction signs and graphics, acquire talents for the hotel, and to promote the new property. The construction sign featured above and an additional construction mesh banner installed across the roof of the Hampton Inn construction site are contributing tools that help fulfill all the duties mentioned above.
Having previously worked with RainMaker Signs for a window graphics project at another hotel they manage, The Hotel Group decided to appoint RainMaker Signs to produce the new hotel's construction banner and sign based on the satisfaction of our quality. Showing the finished look of the six-story hotel, the construction signage also provides information about the hotel's attractions, branding, and a hiring message. Signage at a construction site has to be durable to withstand strong wind and different weather conditions. The Hampton Inn construction site signage is made with dibond panel and laminated vinyl. Dibond is a strong substrate commonly used for exterior signs and the layer of lamination acts as a natural shield that preserves the printed vinyl graphics. RainMaker Signs is certain that the signage can effectively transmit the messages about the construction project.
Custom Signage Solution For Different Construction Sites And Branding
RainMaker Signs can produce construction signs and graphics in different dimensions and different materials to align with the restrictions at the construction site and the image of our client's brand. Check out this blog post about how construction fence banners benefit a brand and a construction site. RainMaker Signs' Portfolio shows a broad variety of construction site signs and graphics we designed, produced, and installed for different industries.
