Controlling Pacific Ocean’s Air Traffic Safety
Located southeast of the SeaTac International Airport, the Seattle ARTCC is responsible for controlling airport approaches and departures of many Class B to E airports in Washington and several other neighboring states along the Pacific Coast (such as Oregon, Idaho, Nevada, and California). The control center originally operates at the Boeing Field Administration Building in 1940 and relocated to the SeaTac Administration Building ten years later. As air traffic flourishes, the ARTCC settled in its current Auburn facility with new equipment and more space.
Adding New Office Lobby Sign Conveys Organization Prestige
“Welcome to Seattle ARTCC!” The new office lobby sign at Seattle ARTCC shows its warm welcome to employees and visitors. Made of 1/2” foam letters with brushed dark bronze metal laminated faces and dark brown painted edges, the sign showcases the control center’s passion, service dedication, and permanence. To bring their ideal signage to life, RainMaker Signs went to their location for a signage consultation. After discussing with client about their needs, wants, and expectations, our sign expert advised size, materials, color, and illustrated design mock ups using photos of the actual installation space. Those processes assure client that they entrusted their brand execution in the right hands. The office sign was installed with stud mounts and 1/2” spacers to add dimensions and reinforce Seattle ARTCC’s brand prominence and hospitality. RainMaker Signs received a thank you message from client regarding their satisfaction:
“The new Sign looks amazing. Thank you.”
